Risks and challenges
Although this is only our second crowdfunding project, Xplored counts on more than fourteen years of experience in design and innovation in electronics and software applied to games and smart toys.
We have worked on projects from concept to release, thanks to a multidisciplinary team of thirty specialized professionals with key design, art, programming, engineering, and production skills.
Xplored has collaborated with major brands such as Bandai Namco, 505 Games, Ravensburger, Clementoni, Giochi Preziosi, Ferrero and many others and has delivered over 100 games on time and budget.
Problems may always arise, but we have organized ourselves in such a way to limit their occurrence. We decided to keep the physical production of the electronic systems in Europe and purchase the electronic components in advance to navigate the global chip shortage.
We cannot promise there will not be bumps in the road ahead, but we are committed to doing everything in our power to keep the project on track.
As shown in our first campaign on Kickstarter, we will update you regularly along the way through honest and transparent communication about our process and development to make sure we meet everyone's expectations.

Refunds and cancellation
Stable Pledge
Ce projet fait partie du programme Stable Pledge. Le créateur garantit un remboursement intégral aux contributeurs si le changement de toute estimation de prix après la fin de la campagne est supérieur à 10%. Un remboursement de 100% sera accordé sur demande faite dans les 14 jours suivant l'annonce du changement. Gamefound remboursera sa provision au créateur, qui est seul responsable des remboursements. Throughout the duration of the campaign, you can freely modify and cancel your pledge, as your card will not be charged until the close of a successfully funded campaign. After the the close of the campaign, we will be able to offer full refunds within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we can offer a 90% refund for an additional 45 days, with the remaining 10% used to cover any processing fees associated with the cancellation.
Due to the nature of the digital game development process, we are unable to offer refunds after the first 60 days following the campaign. The only exception is if any of the cost estimates increase by more than 10% in value after the campaign's end, in accordance with Gamefound's Stable Pledge Policy. More information on the Stable Pledge program can be found above.
All refunds after the 14 days close of the campaign may be processed via PayPal or reversed via Adyen to your credit card at our discretion. Refunds within 14 days are reversed via Adyen to your credit card.
This project is being funded in EUR and any refunds processed will be in EUR for the exact amount received, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed.
