Shipping times will therefore vary, according to your geographical location.

Finding the best price for quality delivery service for your package is an arduous task! Day after day, we persevere in our quest to lower shipping prices while preserving the integrity of the shipping service.

The prices listed hereafter are purely estimates and only indicate the best solution we have found so far. These prices can fluctuate, moving in either direction until we ask you to complete the pledge manager.

As you very likely know, currently there is a transport crisis, making it impossible to accurately predict what the future holds.

We will do our very best not to increase the estimated shipping costs listed below, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that.

You can request a refund from us at any time, as long as you have not yet completed the pledge manager form. After this deadline, any reimbursement will be impossible.

We will not ask you for any justification and will refund you via Paypal. The reimbursed amount may be reduced by a processing fee of 3%.

The refund will be made in €. The exchange rate applicable at the time of repayment may affect the amount you will receive.

If it were not possible to deliver part of your order to you, then 100% of that part would be refunded to you, regardless of the date.

If you do not agree with our refund policy, we suggest that you do not participate in this campaign. Thank you for your understanding.

We will close this campaign 4 months after the start of the shipping process. If by that date you still have not sent us your shipping address, then the money received from you will be kept as a donation (your order cannot be shipped or refunded later). In the meantime, you will have received several reminders from us to avoid this situation happening.

Sit Down! is an experienced game publisher, active in the business since 2011; We have published twenty games about, including the famous Magic Maze (2017). Therefore, although launching an ambitious crowdfunding campaign is new to us, we still have a lot of experience, especially in terms of:

To launch this campaign, we have observed how our experienced colleagues prepare, launch and manage their own campaigns. We have learned many lessons from this, that we have applied to the Pachamama campaign. All is certainly not perfect, of course, but we learn quickly.

We have diligently followed the activity of Facebook pages and groups dedicated to crowdfunding. In this regard, we are infinitely grateful to the contributors (publishers, distributors, entertainers, individuals, etc.) who share so much information with others, with no other purpose than to help a community they cherish. Thank you to all of you. You have taught us a lot!

Regarding the production of Pachamama, we decided to work again with the Hopes factory in Shanghai. From the first try, they are the only ones who were able to produce an almost perfect test of the Pachamama wheel, based on our vector files: a real challenge! Hopes has already produced Rush Out! for us (2021) & Dexterity Jane (2022). We are really delighted with their work, their listening skills and their admirable proactivity.

We have been preparing for months to ship Pachamama all over the World, once production is complete. In this time of the unprecedented transportation crisis the World is experiencing, this is no small feat. We will work with renowned companies that have proven themselves. These are shipping companies, logistics hubs and distributors. For each country, we looked at which was the best solution. In some cases, we will take care of the shipping ourselves. In all cases, we will be vigilant about the quality of the packaging of your order, so that it arrives to you intact. Of course, we cannot guarantee that everyone will receive their order at the same time, but we will do our best to ensure that everyone receives it ASAP.

All the files for production are almost complete. During the campaign, we are of course listening to you. We will be sure to improve Pachamama with the good ideas submitted to us. And we will not forget to credit the authors of these ideas.

The visuals of Pachamama presented during this campaign and his pledge manager are only indicative. Shapes and colors may change. But we'll be sure to keep you informed of any significant changes.

All payments made on Gamefound (during the campaign and then in the Pledge Manager) will be made in euro. All fees shown in US dollars will be based on the exchange rate in effect on the first day of the campaign. You will be debited in euros.

By entering this campaign, you acknowledge that the final appearance, materials and content of the rewards are subject to change and may differ from what is presented during the Gamefound campaign.
