Stable Pledge

Ce projet fait partie du programme Stable Pledge. We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your game. While the Pledge Manager is open, you may contact us to arrange for a refund minus Gamefound service and card processing fees. Once the Pledge Manager is closed we are not able to process refunds, however if within 30 days of receiving your game pledge you are unsatisfied with it, for any reason, you can return the entire order and we will refund your original shipping and pledge amount.

Risks and challenges

Cardboard Alchemy has run and delivered three crowdfunding campaigns, including the huge hit Flamecraft, as well as many other campaigns in previous companies. We understand the what it takes to design, develop, manufacture and fulfill a great game. That also means we know that the unexpected can happen, but we are prepared to address any and all issues that arise. We treat your pledge as a deposit for merchandise and we won’t count it as a sale until fulfilled.
